一种新的卫星超高速撞击解体阈值模型研究

A New Breakup Threshold Model for Satellite Under Hypervelocity Impact

摘要: 为定量描述卫星在超高速撞击下的解体阈值与解体程度,本文提出了一种新的卫星解体阈值模型,即用能量密度〖WTHX〗e〖WTBX〗 m (来袭物动能与卫星在撞击通道内的质量之比)的大小来判断卫星是否发生解体,用卫星解体后碎片累积质量统计曲线中平滑无突变部分的碎片质量与碎片总质量之比μ c 来描述卫星的解体程度, μ c 越大,卫星解体程度越高。采用数值仿真方法获得了卫星最小解体撞击能量密度阈值为3.62×10 2 J/g,研究了不同〖WTHX〗e〖WTBX〗 m 和不同η(卫星在撞击通道内的质量与卫星总质量之比)条件下卫星解体碎片的统计规律,建立了μ c 与〖WTHX〗e〖WTBX〗 m 和η之间的函数关系,初步完成了这种新的卫星超高速撞击解体阈值模型的构建。

Abstract: A new breakup threshold model is presented for a satellite under hypervelocity impact, energy density 〖WTHX〗e〖WTBX〗 m , the ratio of the kinetic energy to the mass in the impact channel is used to estimate whether the satellite is broken up, and μ c , the ratio of the mass of debris with clear statistic regularity to the total debris mass, to describe the degree of breakup. The bigger the μ c , the higher the degree of breakup. It is found from numerical simulation that the minimum energy density of breakup is 3.62×10 2 J/g. The new breakup threshold model is developed by a function among μ c , 〖WTHX〗e〖WTBX〗 m  and η (ratio of satellite’s mass of impact channel to its total mass).
