随机基础激励下承力筒—蒙皮结构的声—固耦合分析

Structural Acoustic Coupling Analysis of a Bearing Cylinder Skin Structure under Random Base Excitation

摘要:

针对航天器承力筒—蒙皮典型结构,分别基于有限元—直接边界元法和有限元—间接边界元法建立仅考虑内/外声场和同时考虑内外声场的声—固耦合模型,开展典型结构在随机基础激励下的声—固耦合研究,并重点分析内外声场和声—固耦合效应对典型结构固有特性及动响应的影响。研究结果表明:考虑声—固耦合效应后结构振型未发生变化但固有频率降低,仅考虑单一声场效应时固有频率较同时考虑内外声场时升高;声—固耦合效应使结构的响应整体上降低,但在与激励方向平行的蒙皮处由于内声场的作用而增大;内声场对动响应的影响大于外声场。

Abstract:

Based on Finite element method-Direct boundary element method (FEM-DBEM) and Finite element method-Indirect boundary element method (FEM-IBEM) approach, the bearing cylinder-skin structural-acoustic coupling models considering onlyinternalorexternalacoustic field and both inside and outside acoustic field are established. The structural-acoustic coupling analysis under random base excitation is researched. Further, the coupled effect of internal/external acoustic field and structural-acoustic coupling on the inherent characteristics and dynamic response is analyzed with the emphasis on. Results show that coupled effect results in the decrease of its nature frequencies, but has no effect on the modal shape. Single acoustic field effect results in the increase of the nature frequencies more than both inside and outside acoustic field effect. The coupled effect also results in the overall decrease of dynamic response, but causes increase of the dynamic responsein the places where is parallel to the direction of excitation. In addition, influence of internal acoustic field on the dynamic responseis greater than the external acoustic field.
