Space Contamination Effect Analysis of On Orbit Detection Data for “XY 1” Satellite

摘要:

本文分析了"新技术验证一号"卫星搭载的空间污染效应探测器的在轨探测数据。该探测器是利用镓铟磷太阳电池在空间污染环境下的性能变化情况来分析空间污染环境及效应,根据其探测原理,通过分析卫星下传的原始数据及修正后数据,结合地面标定试验得到的污染沉积量和镓铟磷电池性能变化之间的关系式,分析探测器一年的探测数据。结果表明:我国航天器用材料放气筛选控制有效,满足卫星全过程污染控制的要求,而在硅氧烷类污染物控制方面,尚有提升的空间。该研究结果可以为太阳电池防护设计提供参考,同时可以和地面分析数据进行比对,检验和修正地面污染控制措施。

Abstract:

The detecting data of the space contamination effect detector through XY-1 is analyzed in this article.Some conclusions are drawn from analyzing the detection data transmitted by the space contamination effect detector in one year, and obtaining the relationship between the contamination mass and the performance change of GaInP2 solar cells. The measures for material selection of spacecraft are effective and satisfy the contamination control demands for the whole process of spacecraft. In regard to the control of siloxane contamination,there is much room for improvement. The current results can be used to provide a reference for contamination control techniques of solar cells, and at the same time, check out and correct the contamination control measures for spacecraft on the ground.
