Abstract: The problem of track correlation in the presence of systematic errors in a radar network is researched in this paper, and based on topological description of complex number field, a track alignment\|correlation algorithm before registration is proposed. By designing a pre\|correlation gate to do test correlation of target tracks, the algorithm establishes a track alignment\|correlation information matrix, which could be splitted rationally into a set of feasible alignment\|correlation matrix. Because the space topology between the target tracks can not be influenced by measurement systematic errors of radars, the algorithm can be used to describe the topological relation between target tracks in complex number field. In this method, the feasibility of each feasible alignment\|correlation matrix could be calculated to confirm the final alignment\|correlation matrix containing the final associative relation between tracks of each radar. Finally, the Monte\|Carlo simulation result shows that the algorithm can associate the tracks accurately before error registration, and can provide reliable associated tracks for the later registration.
