Abstract:

Due to the measurement error of Pulse Repetition Interval (PRI), the non synchronism between the jammer transmitter and the Synthetic Aperture Radar (SAR) receiver has harmful influence on the jamming effect. It is valuable to study the influence for the development and application of deceptive jammer. Based on the background, the PRI measurement error and jamming signal models are established in this paper. The analytic expressions between the PRI measurement error and shape location and resolution of the deceptive target image have been deduced and possible jamming results are analyzed detailedly. The correctness of theoretical analysis is proved by the simulation experiment.
