Abstract: Aiming at the imperfect research on threat response and early warning of space object situation, in order to realize the intelligent reasoning, real-time response and active early warning for behaviors and events of space objects, and to ensure space activities and benefits, the behavior-and-event-oriented space object situation ontology (BEO-SO2) is proposed. Based on the basic form ontology (BFO), the BEO-SO2 model is constructed. The relation model of space objects is established pursuant to the unified spatiotemporal framework to realize the dynamic extrapolation of the behavior execution and event occurrence of space objects. Taking the collision threat of space objects as background, the hierarchy of space object entities and elements of behaviors and events for collision threat are designed, the collision threat reasoning rules are established, and the realization, verification and display are carried out based on BEO-SO2. The results show that BEO-SO2 can achieve the level reasoning and early warning of the collision threat between space objects, and direct further space activities, which give an effective guarantee for space missions and activities.
