Abstract: This paper studies and analyzes the tracking control problem of flexible hypersonic vehicle considering input saturation, actuator failure and state constraints. Firstly, the flexible modes, external disturbances and model parameter uncertainty are classified as a kind of system disturbance with unknown upper bound. Secondly, based on the passive fault tolerant ideas, the adaptive saturated fault tolerant controller is designed for the velocity subsystem and altitude subsystem by use of the back stepping method, adaptive technology and first order filter, which can deal with the input saturation and state constraint problem by introducing the hyperbolic tangent function and new barrier Lyapunov function. Finally, the above controller is strictly proved by the Lyapunov function, which indicates that the system state is uniformly ultimately bounded, and the effectiveness of the proposed control scheme is alidated by simulation.
