Design and Implementation of Modular Integrated Electronics for Lunar Orbiter

Abstract: A reconfigurable modular design method is introduced, which is used in Chang’e 5 orbiter’s integrated electronic system. The architecture of the integrated electronics is constructed with the consideration of Chang’e 5 orbiter’s layout structure and electronic requirements. Using the idea of modularization, the fundamental modules of the modular integrated electronics are planned, and the general design of the internal bus is introduced. The configuration of electronic equipments is given, and then the information flow of the modular integrated electronics is drafted. In computer technology area, a reconfigurable design is discussed, which can support not only hot redundancy, but also cold redundancy.
