Pulse External Pressure Loading Technology in Square Meter Level Sector Area of Missile Body

Abstract: Aiming at the pressure loading problem of high peak value and short pulse width in square meter level area, an air chamber loading system of high pressure chamber, diaphragm chamber and test chamber is designed according to one dimensional compressible fluid. The water chamber is added to conform to the test piece, expand the pressure area and homogenize the pressure distribution. The pulse pressure loading requirements of 1MPa peak and 10ms rising edge in square meter level area are met. The two degree of freedom pressure analysis model of elastic water chamber is established, and the dynamic characteristic parameters of water chamber system are obtained,the calculated fitting curve is good agreement with the test curve.
